Payment Policy

Your credit card is required for payment and cancellation policy guarantee only. No deduction will be made from your credit card prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation penalty of one nights accommodation applies if the reservation is cancelled within 7 Days of arrival. If the booking is cancelled within 3 days, or in the case of non arrival, the cancellation charges will be 100% of the booking.

Child Policy

Sorry, but our accommodation isn't suitable for children under the age of 12 years

News

19/04/12 Here we are at the end of another busy season. We have started lighting the fire most nights now, with chilly evenings upon us. Daylight savings ended a couple of weeks ago and the nights are definitely longer. We are currently rehearsing for a Music Hall variety gig at the end of May for the South Island Rotary conference which has been lots of fun and quite different to what we are used to singing. Our daughter Helena is involved too, and we've found that this style of performing is really teaching us some stuff! We are taking a small break before this to explore the South Island by camper van with the family, I'll have to post some of the pics when we get back.
