Meet our Team

Both born and bred in New Zealand, Scott originates from Palmerston North and Yvonne from Christchurch. Together they moved to Kaikoura in 2003 because of a joint love of the outdoors and the sea, and they’ve never looked back.

Kaikoura is an amazing ‘food basket’ and they love to free dive for fish and crayfish as well as hunt for deer in the hills at every available opportunity. Both sing in local band ’4 Shore’, which was formed by Scott in 2004. He is Lead Singer, guitarist and composer of their original music.

Yvonne has worked as a professional photographer specialising in outdoors / nature for over a decade and Scott runs a local contracting business.

19/04/12 Here we are at the end of another busy season. We have started lighting the fire most nights now, with chilly evenings upon us. Daylight savings ended a couple of weeks ago and the nights are definitely longer. We are currently rehearsing for a Music Hall variety gig at the end of May for the South Island Rotary conference which has been lots of fun and quite different to what we are used to singing. Our daughter Helena is involved too, and we've found that this style of performing is really teaching us some stuff! We are taking a small break before this to explore the South Island by camper van with the family, I'll have to post some of the pics when we get back.
